Hello Everyone!
School time is almost here - we will be starting preschool on Tuesday, August 11th. I will be emailing parents a registration/release form to fill out in the next few days. Please bring the completed form with you on the first day of school. As far as our school calendar goes, we will be following the American Leadership Academy (ALA) school calendar so we will have no school during the weeks or days ALA is off.
For a.m. session attendees, please do not bring a snack sack. For p.m. attendees, please make sure that your child has eaten lunch before coming to preschool. I will have crackers, fruit and water available for snacks. Also, please DO NOT send a backpack with your child. I will have folders to store their work here at school. I suggest a big shoe box to store the work they bring home.

Songs from the Montessori Mozarts curriculum, along with a few selections from the Laurie Berkner and Shelley Murley song collections and other favorites are integrated into our daily routine.
Wait List for Fall 2020-2021
Fall 2019-2020 session has been filled.
If you are interested in the 2020-2021 session, please email rinnaharris@gmail.com with your child's name and birthday, and subject line Preschool 2020-2021.
Students must at least be 3 years old and fully potty trained.
2019-2020 Schedule/Rates
We meet T/Th from 10:30-1:00. Students must be at least 3 years old AND potty-trained.
Current monthly rate is $120, payable on the 1st day of the month + One-time non-refundable $60 ($45 returning) Registration/Materials fee, due at time of registration.

This will confirm your spot in the Fall 2019-2020 class. Should you choose to attend another preschool after registering at the preschool, please be advised that the fee will NOT be refunded even if I can find another student to take your spot. Once materials are bought, I cannot take them back.
NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL
Parents must give 30 days advance notice if they plan to withdraw their child from school. School fees are payable for 30 days following notification of withdrawal.
WITHDRAWALS AFTER DECEMBER 31st
If you choose to withdraw your child from school after December 31st 2019, you will owe the remainder of your tuition payments through May 2020. Please note that we are unable to fill the open spots after January 1st.

Our Curriculum
Our preschool uses the Montessori method of teaching. Montessori is an educational pedagogy that focuses on the individual child and his needs. Montessori students learn through discovery, choosing what interests them from a well-stocked classroom of materials designed to develop their senses, brains and motor skills. The teacher's role is to introduce the materials and observe, monitoring students' progress. There are four areas of learning in a Montessori 3-6 class: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Mathematics.
